The 12 Gauge

Bourbon is better. That’s what they say. But bourbon with a drop of maple syrup, spoonful of apricot preserves, and cinnamon-orange bitters... it's even better than better. That’s what we say.

Bohemian

Thought a Margarita couldn't get any better? On a hot day nothing says vamos la fiesta like a refreashing Cucumber Margarita we, call the Bohemian. Salud!

Ginger Drop

White Rum (Vodka or Shochu are great substitutes), lemon juice, sugar, ginger beer and a handful of mint, makes one versatile delicious cocktail.

Son-of-a-Peach

White Hawaiin rum, peach liquer, coconut and pineapple cream, and a little sour to balance the sweet. You’ll lick your lips and say, “Son-of-a-Peach that’s good!”

Sailor's Share

A festive twist on a real Hawaiin legend. Sailor Jerry rum, Frangelico Italian liqueur, Orgeat almond syrup, hint of fresh lemon juice and nutmeg. Served chilled with a cinnamon sugar rim.
